Marion Newels have urn-shaped designs and other stylized parts that give them an overall look of exceptional quality. The 4460 3 1/4″ Newel is an in-house favorite due to its balanced, sophisticated design. This  Marion Newel is 3 ¼” wide and is available with any of our four tops: mushroom, teardrop, ball, and acorn. When you choose the 4460, or any other newel in the Marion series, you’re sure to bring stately elegance to your stairway.

Mounting & Finishing Information

Turned Newels mount on a stair, landing tread, or floor using the Sure-Tite System. Finished Turned Newels will be coated with a Pre-catalyzed Lacquer to protect them against natural oils on skin.
