StairSuppliesTM American made Painted Balusters come with a true white paint finish. Because of this, they must be sanded and painted before installation.
StairSuppliesTM offers balusters in two styles, Contemporary and Traditional. What varies between these two styles is the turning and block length, see below for details (click on images to the left to see examples):
Contemporary:
The turning on these balusters remains the same no matter the length. The additional length will be added to the bottom block. This makes the turnings on the balusters match the slope of your handrail.
Traditional:
The bottom block on these balusters remains the same, no matter the length. What varies is the turning length. This makes for a more staggered look, as the turning begins at the same point on all balusters on each step.

This baluster has a 1 3/4″ square bottom block. Please let us know if you have other questions.
can you paint the balusters white ?
for an extra charge. I need about 110 balusters

We can definitely paint the balusters once they have been primed. We would ask for the specific formula or color name of the paint that you wanted to use, so that we can be sure they were the shade of white you were wanting. The charge for that would be $7 per baluster.
You can either order online, and then call in to make that change. Or you can call in and place your order over the phone.

Yes! The newels in the regency series will work well with this wood baluster.
Does this have a square top option?

We do not have a square top option with the Regency series baluster. You could see if the Marion series is similar enough for what you need.
